We had such a wonderful stay! The house was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our whole group. There were so many activities and things to do inside the home that you definitely wonβt get bored even if you decide to just stay in and relax. We especially loved the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. It was definitely the highlights of our stay!
Logan was also very responsive whenever I had questions, which I really appreciated. He even gave us recommendations for places to visit in the area. The location was very convenient as well, only about 10 minutes from downtown.
Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for families or larger groups!

The house was clean and spacious. It would be a great location for a warmer season, as we went during a colder time and did not get to use the outdoor amenities. We did enjoy the hot tub and we had a group of kids who enjoyed the extra large driveway and sports equipment. We knew what we needed coming, and this house checked all the boxes!

My family loved our stay at this beautiful home! The house is just as nice in person as the photos and had everything needed to keep two kids entertained on a bad-weather day of our trip. The house is close enough to Gettysburg to just pop over but far enough out to have peace and quiet at the end of the day. We loved the basketball hoop that was height adjustable for little kids and all of the games found in the garage. The pool wasn't open yet but I imagine it would be spectacular in the summer. Logan was a super friendly and responsive host and I would definitely rent from him again.

Logan and Briβs home was a wonderful place to stay. The house was beautiful, spotless, and had all the essentials. We had 6 kids with us ranging from ages 7-11. We never heard βIβm boredβ once from any of the kids. There were so many things to keep the kids entertained while at the house. From the basketball court to ping pong table, arcade games, and much more, there was more than enough to keep the kids busy. As for the adults, the living room made for a relaxing place to work on a puzzle, while the outdoor space was large enough to fit our group of 12. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The house is great for a big, mixed-age group (we had 3 families with young kids) -- comfortable, fund things to do, nice spaces to enjoy.

We also appreciated attention to details such as light switches being clearly marked, the convenience of two dishwashers, and the great communication from the owners. The location is very peaceful. We used Applewood Landing as a home base for a few days while we explored nearby Gettysburg. Most attractions we only about a 10-15 minute drive.The home was gorgeous and well appointed. Plenty of towels were provided to enjoy the pool and hot tub and all the light switches were labeled, which was very helpful.Highly recommend

Beautiful house with plenty of parking for gatherings. Outdoor area is nice for hosting and hanging out. The automated pool cover is super useful to help keep the pool warm overnight. Host was very responsive to my questions. Hope to stay here in the future if the value remains. Can't beat the pool and the other amenities for the price!

This house is amazing, it was perfect for our large family. We especially enjoyed the inground pool, and the game room. The large table in the kitchen was great, it allowed us to all sit down and all eat together. Hands down it was one of the best houses weβve stayed in and the owner was awesome, very quick to respond to all of our questions. Highly recommend.

Fourth of July Vacation
We had an absolutely amazing stay! There were 13 of us ranging from the ages of 1 to 75 and we all enjoyed ourselves. The home is large enough to not feel on top of one another. The pool was a hit! We even had a family field day in the front yard! Ample space for everyone to mingle (or not lol) and still enjoy themselves. The home was very clean and the beds (specifically the pillows!) were to die for!!! We would absolutely come back as it was only a short 1 hour drive for us from home and the perfect mini getaway!

We rented this house as a small family getaway (4 nights) the first week in June. Every year gets harder to plan long vacations with our young adult kids and their significant others, as everyone is so busy with work and school. So we decided on this short - but wonderful - vacation. Let me tell you β this getaway was perfect. The house is absolutely gorgeous! Inside and out. Other than a few trips in to Gettysburg for dinners, shopping, and escape rooms, we mainly stayed at the house. We had SO much fun playing table tennis, pool, darts, pickle ball, wiffle ball, air hockey, board and card games, etc.! We swam a bit, but the water was still a bit cool. Loved the design because everything fun was so close together! The huge tables inside and outside were awesome! Unfortunately, we didnβt have the hot tub until our last night (it was out for repairs), but we did get to enjoy it our last night. Communication with the property manager and the housekeeper (Sissy) was excellent and any problems that did arise (issue with the hot tub) were dealt with swiftly and professionally. We didnβt want the week to end. Beds are unbelievably comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud! House was spotless and well stocked. Steaks on the grill, mountain pies, breakfasts by my great cook husband, late night games, talks, and tons of cherished family time and fun. This house was the perfect place to do all this! We are still talking about this trip and hope to be able to do it again!

Applewood Landing was the perfect location for our family vacation. Clean, well appointed, yet homey. Close enough to downtown Gettysburg yet far enough to feel peaceful and private. The house is beautiful and well kept. The outdoor space was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool. Among the amenities were a pool table, ping pong, hot tub, games and little extras for the kids that were thoughtful and provided much entertainment. We felt lucky to have found such a nice spot to escape the downtown crowds.

Host is very nice and responsive. Answered all my questions accurately and fast. House was very clean and nice. Did see a decent amount of bugs but that might just be area. Pool and outside area is amazing, everything worked great. Kids bedroom is pretty tiny especially with the two bunk beds but other than that the rooms were nice and pretty spacious. Master bedroom and bathroom do not have a door in between and is all connected which I didnβt know before hand. Overall very nice house, host, and backyard.

Everything went great! They explain in detail every rule they have. The property is big! A lot of parking space. Very clean and nice inside. Hot tub was clean and available. Pool was not because it was close to the winter season. They have a basketball court outside. Really nice! Two full bathroom and 1 half on the bottom floor. Nothing negative to say. This home is absolutely stunning! It has so much to do for family and friends - games, pool, movies, tons of space - and is also a great Gettysburg get-away with lots of places to relax both indoors and out. Logan and Bri were incredibly responsive, considerate, and thoughtful hosts. They were very accommodating to a few of our requests when we stayed with family and friends for Gettysburg College graduation. Our guests all commented on what a beautifully constructed and decorated home this is! We will definitely be back for a special event next year and canβt wait to stay again! BTW - if you are visiting for a Gettysburg College event, it is about a 12-15 minute drive to campus, so while you wonβt get that downtown or on campus feel, it is an easy drive and very convenient.

Beautiful home within a 15 min drive to downtown Gettysburg. The house was well stocked with outdoor activity equipment. Unfortunately, the property listed a hot-tub which was broken and missing during our stay and due to the weather was one of the only amenities we could have actually enjoyed. We were not given a discount even though there was a missing amenity. That being said, the stay was still very comfortable and this home would be a great fit for any family gathering or holiday. It is beautifully decorated and has options for activities at home and in the local area.

This large home was perfect for our small group of seven 6th grade students and 4 adults to use as a home base for their adventures in Gettysburg for two days. The set up both in and outdoors made for excellent spaces for group enjoyment and small group gatherings/meetings. The students found plenty of things to do on their down time and the adults enjoyed the luxury accomodation! Logan was one of the most responsive hosts I have had on Airbnb so it was very easy to communicate with him before and during the stay. We definitely plan to bring our students back next year!

Logan and Bri's house is awesome. Everything was so thoughtfully designed and organized. We found what we were looking for on the first or second try almost every time. The house was comfortable and accommodated our large group of 12. Two dishwashers in the kitchen was a great idea--we'll definitely copy that design for my next house! We only wished we could have used the pool, but apparently early May is too early for that in PA. But there were many other activities in and around the house to keep everyone happy and entertained.

This house is fantastic for large parties. Enough room to spread out, wonderful kitchen. Enough towels for everyone, hot tub and pool (wish we came in better weather to use this!) the campfire area is fantastic, as well as the game room. Lots of games and things to do. Close to everything, good pizza down the street, wonderful views!!

This was a great house with a lot of activities to do. We had a larger group there during the day for an anniversary party that went great because everybody had room and things to do. A lot of activity games for outside and inside, which made it fun for everybody. Will be looking at running this sometime next year again.

We had an incredible time, and will definitely return. The view was stunning, and we were blessed with great weather for our trip so the sunsets were so amazing. The house itself was perfect for our family, the game room was a huge hit with the kids and the bedrooms and bathrooms were great sizes.
