Thanks for hosting us
Thanks for hosting us! The house met the needs for our group. Having some household essentials on hand at arrival was a big help. And several of them were able to take a short soak in the hot tub. Thanks again.

Loved our stay at The Coral Rose Cottage
Loved our stay at The Coral Rose Cottage. Was perfect for what we needed (work retreat), had many different areas inside the house for great working sessions. The decor inside is gorgeous! Logan was always very responsive if we had any questions regarding the property. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Just note-nothing is walkable, but short drive to restaurants, beaches & shops.

This was a good place for our family
This was a good place for our family. We stayed here with 9 adults and a toddler. The house could use some updates but overall it was good. The games in the basement were a definite plus. One room doesn’t have A/C but it stayed cool from the other rooms and a fan was provided.

Logan was a great host and had the hot tub full and clean which was a big hit with the kids and adults. He even came by the morning of our checkout to shovel the driveway and spread ice melt after an overnight snow.

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our four-night stay at Logan’s and Bri’s home
My girlfriends and I enjoyed our four-night stay at Logan’s and Bri’s home. Logan and Bri were so thoughtful. We appreciate the snack bowl after a long day of travel from California. The house is tastefully decorated and clean. We had fun in the game room, too. If our kids had joined us, they would have had a blast with the pool table, foosball table, video games, and popcorn machine! The location was also great—close to restaurants and Newport. We loved it! Thank you, Logan and Bri!

We rented the Coral Rose house to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday
We rented the Coral Rose house to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. The decor was perfect for our theme and our guests were comfortable. Logan and Bri and are great hosts. They were communicative and accommodating.
However, there are a few things that took away from our overall experience. The basement has a noticeable odor and isn’t sufficiently heated, as a result we didn’t much time down there. We planned to have activities and such in the basement, so it was disappointing that we didn’t get to use the space.
The hot tub was enjoyable , the only note is that it is semi private. The neighbors behind the house have a full view of the backyard, we couldn’t help feeling a lack of privacy.
Overall we had a great time at the Coral Rose house. With a few improvements, it would be a better value.
