We needed a quiet spot close to the lake with plenty of rooms and bathrooms to share
We needed a quiet spot close to the lake with plenty of rooms and bathrooms to share. This home has lovely high ceilings, a large open kitchen for cooking and family to sit around the kitchen island, and there’s a 12 person dining table to enjoy meals together.
A lot of attention has been paid to art in the master bedroom, all the rooms had their own bathroom, a major plus in my family! And the views from the hot tub were amazing. Falls colors timed well.
Even though we weren’t able to get the sauna to work, Logan was responsive and tried to help us troubleshoot and the hot tub made up for it.
If we have another gathering in Ithaca, we will definitely try to book again.
The home was exactly as described
The home was exactly as described. We have a big family and there was room for everyone. There was a ton of storage in the kitchen and it was easy to prepare meals for everyone. The large dining room table was a big plus! We had great weather so we spent a lot of time exploring and outdoors but it would have been fine had it rained due to the large amount of living area spread out over two floors. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!!

Logan and Briโs home was incredible
Logan and Briโs home was incredible. Spacious and very clean! Our group was very active, with trips to Buttermilk Falls and Taughannock State Park, Myers Park, an old favorite (Ithaca Beer Company) and a new favorite (Salt Point Brewery). The house was an excellent recharging area for us!
There were some minor issues we ran into. Three of the propane tanks were empty, and the water dispenser on the refrigerator was not functioning. But Logan was very quick in responding back.
Will definitely look to reserve this house again!
This was a great space for our group of 11
This was a great space for our group of 11. Everything is kind of spread out in the finger lakes but we were only 20 minutes from Ithaca and the drives were beautiful when we traveled elsewhere. There was a lot of space in the house and the hosts were great communicators. Would definitely recommend!

This property is incredibly spacious
This property is incredibly spacious! Our group of 14 had more than enough room to relax, socialize, and unwind comfortably. We especially appreciated how well organized everything wasโfrom the initial communication with clear, helpful information, to the labeled cabinets, to the detailed checkout instructions.Logan was extremely responsive throughout our stay. When we had an issue with the coffee machine, he quickly ordered a replacement that arrived within the hour and even included coffee beans, which was a thoughtful touch. The kidsโand the young at heartโhad a blast playing the arcade games downstairs.Unfortunately, we didnโt get a chance to enjoy the hot tub and sauna, as we werenโt sure how to operate them and our stay was only two nights. A helpful suggestion would be to provide a simple user manual for the homeโs amenities so guests can easily follow the instructions.Overall, we loved the house, the attention to detail, and Loganโs exceptional attentiveness. We would absolutely stay here again next year for our ski trip!

We needed housing in the area to attend a winter wedding and this gave our family the togetherness a hotel would not have provided. We were so pleased to find this lovely new home. It is located close to Meyers Park and lake access for summer fun. We hope to consider it again.
Went on a guys trip with 8 others
Went on a guys trip with 8 others. House was amazing. Took full advantage of the amenities, very spacious, modern just like we wanted. Very hard to see at night at first since there are no lights so I would recommend checking in from 4pm-dusk so you can see the house on the first day. Also, the sauna did not work when we were there, but it was not a dealbreaker for us. Overall, extremely satisfied with the place and would recommend it to others.

The house is very beautiful, and had enough space for everyone. We were a group of 11 and everyone slept comfortably. We would definitely book again and recommend it to others. Itโs at a good location for the lakes around and the state parks!

My family had a fabulous time at this property. The location was perfect and the home was very clean and spacious. There were a few minor quirks but the owner was very quick to respond to messages. These issues in no way impacted our stay. All in all, we would definitely stay at this home again!!
Beautiful house
My family, friends and I had an amazing time at this property. The owners thought of everything. There were so many things to do, we were never bored. The decor and the thought that went into decorating this house is nothing short of amazing. Beautiful community as well. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house is absolutely beautifulโclean, spacious, and just outside of town, which made it feel like a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything. There were plenty of things to do nearby and a great variety of restaurants to choose from. Logan and Bri were fantastic hostsโfriendly, responsive, and quick to get back to us with any questions. Highly recommend!
The house is a beautiful and clean home near the lake
The house is a beautiful and clean home near the lake. It is about a 15 to 20 minute drive to Ithaca which we went in to many times.
The reason I did not give it five stars, as they were quite a few smaller things that added up to a slightly lower quality stay there were no towel, rods or hooks in one of the bathrooms upstairs and so my husband and I had to hang our shower towels on the doors and on the closets in our room - not a big deal but inconvenient for a full week. Also, the boys bedroom where the three boys slept did not have any curtains on the window. Fortunately, the sun does not wake them the way it does me, but I was concerned for their privacy as well.

The house was PERFECT
The house was PERFECT. Logan and Bri were so responsive and immediately answered my questions. They accommodated my last minute request and were so wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend booking this house. As a bonus, itโs super close to the lake where you can rent a boat from Lansing Harbor or go hang at the park there - only 3 minutes down the road. And itโs 12 minutes from Ithaca airport. So happy with my stay and I hope to return!

We had a great stay with our kids! There were a few hiccups but Logan was very responsive and quick to fix them! We had an issue with the air conditioner the first night and someone was there within the hour to fix it and assist us! Things inevitably go wrong, but itโs so great to have someone that was so quick to fix any issue that arose and responded to our many questions the whole stay! The games there were so fun, and the home is beautifully set up! The beds are extremely comfortable, and the bunk bed kids room our children adored and didnโt want to leave. Overall a great stay and a beautiful place for a family to stay! (It does get a little chilly though which is perfect in the summer just bring a hoody!) Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the finger lakes! Would definitely stay again!

The Silversands lake house was the perfect getaway for our family's trip to Ithaca. It was extremely spacious and our large group had absolutely no issues feeling right at home. Logan was really accommodating and flexible with our group, overall he was such a great host! We'd definitely stay here again if we're ever in Lansing.

Our big family of 16 enjoyed this entire house and amenities
Our big family of 16 enjoyed this entire house and amenities. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, and the downstairs area with arcade and games was non stop entertainment for the entire family. We enjoyed the fire pit with lots of chairs and could even see Lake Cayuga from our windows and front porch. We were close to the local marina to rent a pontoon and close enough to all the fun in Ithaca. The house is 55 minutes away from Watkins glen making it a perfect spot to see the waterfall must sees! The host was very attentive to whatever we needed.

The house was beautiful and furnished really well. Everyone really enjoyed the games in the basement and the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and clean. I do wish the sauna was functional. The fire pit also kept going on and off, despite changing the propane tank. A few of the bedrooms and bathrooms were missing curtains or blinds, which affected privacy a bit. However, Logan was responsive to our messages and made an effort to address the issues promptly. Would recommend it.

Our host was super responsive, flexible, attentive and helpful
Our host was super responsive, flexible, attentive and helpful. This is a great house for groups. The floor plan was well thought out and it encouraged activities together. Sauna, hot tub and game room were high notes! We were 3 couples and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the house. Espresso machine was a hit but you should bring coffee for it. Coffee was provided for the Keurig. Good idea to remember suits and robes for hot tub and sauna. Beds were super comfy! The kids bunk room looked perfect for 4 young ones, though we didnโt use it. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Ithaca is 16-17 mins away. Great time was had!

Our visit to Silversands was very nice and it was great accomodations for our group of 6 adults. The home was beautiful and was well stocked (basic neccessities were supplied). The sauna and hot tub were relaxing- bring robes when you visit in winter like us! Views of the lake from the house are mainly from the dining room. The hosts checked in on us which was appreciated also.Thank you for your hospitality!
Beautiful home
House is brand new and well furnished. Plenty of room for our group of 7. Enjoyed the sauna, hot tub, pool table, foosball, and the 2 arcade games. Logan communicated well with us and we appreciated recommendations for dinner. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay at Silver Sands Lakehouse. The house was laid out
nicely and spacious for our group of eight to enjoy. It was decorated well and a very comfortable place to stay. We appreciated there was a sauna and hot tub, although we did not get to use them. The house is brand new and we learned we were the first guests to stay there - were some minor issues that Iโm sure the host will be able to quickly resolve as they were very responsive. We would most definitely stay here again.
This was a wonderful location and property for our group of 9
This was a wonderful location and property for our group of 9. Nicely furnished and appointed plus it has fabulous views over the countryside and has easy access to Ithaca and surroundings. The game room is epic - billiards, foosball, huge TV and even a dedicated card room. We ranged in age from 22 to 82 and there was plenty for everyone to do. The outdoor spa was fantastic on those crisp mornings. Definitively a recommended stay!

Great home! Easy drive to Ithaca. Lovely setting. Walk to Myer's Park to go to the lake is about 20 minutes, but well worth it! We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful long weekend in this house. Large and beautiful living room and kitchen area. The bedrooms were all great! This house is not on the Lake and you can't walk to the lake. But the view was lovely and the accommodations highly recommended.
