The stay was great. Things could have been a bit cleaner, but for the price it met all of our expectations and we had a great experience. I would stay here again.

What a beautiful area this lovely home is in. We would have loved to enjoy the stunning home more but we were busy exploring Memphis. Quality linen, beautifully decorated we would love to stay again if in town.

Great experience.. The game room and hot tub was a hit!

The Airbnb was as-described and clean, and my group mostly had a good time there. The place is huge! There were a couple issues that dampened the mood at times, but it was a good stay overall. Our issues fell into 2 categories. First, multiple important listed amenities weren't available or had to be negotiated about, like one of the bathrooms, the hot tub, the grill, and some smaller things in the game room. These items are part of the fun of booking a house like this, so we're expecting them to be available. Furthermore, the host wasn't terribly responsive or helpful about these things. They weren't bad, but just okay. I don't want to harp on about the negatives, as we were able to do most of what we wanted to during our stay. I would definitely recommend the place if these things are addressed!

This is a beautiful historical home in a well maintained neighborhood that is convenient to many Memphis attractions. The pool and hot tub area has a lot of outdoor seating. There is even a recreation room in the previous garage and a Casita for a private bedroom away from the from the main house.

This home was beautiful! It is located in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by wonderful historic homes. It had the perfect amount of bedrooms for us with room to spare. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels for all 9 of our guest. The backyard was awesome. Although it was April, my grandchildren still enjoyed the pool too!! The location is close by the airport so that was very convenient. Logan, the host, stayed in contact to be sure our stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this home !!

Awesome accommodations for our entire group. First time in Memphis and would highly recommend this beautiful home and location.

Logan and his team were very responsive two questions and messages!

Great time.....big house for a 17 crew Roller Derby team!!

Excelente

Amazing house, nice neighborhood and good location. Host was very responsive and helpful!

Really an amazing find, highly recommend this space!

Great house. Would stay there again. Thank you.

Amazing find that definitely lived up to expectations! The pool is great, ample bedrooms and space, quiet neighborhood. Host is extremely responsive. Highly recommend

The best

Great house. Beautiful. Huge. Privacy in each room. Loved the private pool house.

Great value and place to stay! Would definitely stay again

Logan was very nice and very helpful. He made sure to make sure everything was ok with us and was very responsive!

Great pool & location

Loved the stay! It was very homey and clean. My family and I enjoyed our time here especially the amenities!

This property was a last minute “emergency” as another property became unavailable 3 days before. Turns out, this property was PERFECT! My wife hosted a “sleepover” to celebrate the birthday of a good friend. All of the ladies were throughly impressed, this is a feat considering the age ranges were from early 50’s to over 80.The communication was A!Do not hesitate to book this property. It is well worth it!

The house was beautifully decorated.

Enjoyed our time here. Close to family during Christmas week as well as Overton Park and great restaurants. Enjoyed having breakfast outside on well equipped patio. Great for a large group.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful historic property. It has everything you need. Entertainment room to play room and 6 spacious bedrooms. We loved it and had a great new year night.

Great place to stay!

It was a beautiful home and very cozy. My guests throughly enjoyed everything!

Place was great!

Beautiful house! Perfect for a big group

Centrally located and great for our big group.

great stay. and clean house

Perfect for our stay in Memphis!

Absolutely beautiful place. Logan was super responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay. Was able to easily accommodate our large group. Wouldn’t mind coming back to this place for another stay.

We had ice storm while we were there. A pipe broke and water sprayed everywhere. Logan replied right away. We were able to get the water back on and Logan reimbursed us for damages. Had a great time in the house!

Very charming. Was great to have private spaces for out of town family. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking. Great areas for a walk. super interior decoration.

This was a great place to stay for a big family! We really enjoyed our time there. The game room was a huge hit for the kids. Thanks Logan

Logan's place was perfect for our team staying in the area for work. He was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying here and will be back if we are in the area again!

Great Airbnb! The house is beautiful and historic and very spacious. It accommodated our large family very well. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had nine adults staying while attending The International Blues Challenge. The location was ideal for safety and proximity to the downtown area.

El lugar es hermoso y mi primer experiencia en una casa histórica así que genial!

The Grandchildren loved the pool and the game room (As well as the adults). Everybody had plenty of room to relax and lay around. The kitchen area has ample room with a large refrigerator and a large freezer. The Neiborhood was peaceful and quiet.

We had a great family vacation. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Nice neighborhood

Historic house in a beautiful and peaceful location close to downtown. You could practically throw a rock and hit Rhodes College. It’s easy to find and check in, and the pool and hot tub are exactly as pictured. I’d recommend bringing a box fan and some plastic cups, but everything else we needed was provided. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. The house and landscaping need some maintenance, but it is mostly as described.

We came in town for a group trip. Logan was a responsive host. The house is beautiful and in a great historic neighborhood. We really enjoyed the pool area and spacious living area. There were nice restaurants nearby (midtown). It’s also very close to the zoo and a park that our group enjoyed walking/running through during our stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Logan was very responsive to our questions and needs. The community is beautiful and close to downtown.

We had a great time. Lots of space, great pool and so many options to keep the kids busy with the game room. Great location close to the zoo, and many of the Memphis attractions. We had a memorable stay! Thank you Logan

Logan’s place was the perfect escape for my family and I last minute. Beautiful home in a great area with lots to do and see. Logan was a great host and was quick to respond to any of our questions. Super clean home and you can tell those little touches are there. We will definitely be coming back when we stay in Memphis again!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The host were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

the beds were fabulous it is a lovely house we had everything we needed plenty of room for 14 of us the game room was a lot of fun the pool was quite nice

We had a very pleasant stay. The house was clean & everything we needed was provided. Would recommend a booking Bloomfield House!

My family and I were traveling to Memphis for a vacation. We booked the Bloomfield House because of its location. The neighborhood was very quiet and historic-looking. We were near several museums and places to visit as tourists. Our kids enjoyed the pool and deluxe game room. They were in them every day we were there. The house is very spacious. I didn’t realize that one of the available rooms was in a luxurious suite near the pool. The interior is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking or baking. The owners were very attentive and responded quickly to any questions that we had. We travel every year. This house, by far, is the most beautiful one that we’ve ever stayed in. I would recommend booking the Bloomfield House if you are visiting Memphis, Tennessee.

Absolutely gorgeous! My family and I loved everything about this lovely home. Lots of space and fun for everyone. I would love to book again if I ever go back to Memphis. 😊

Charming place in a great location

As per the pictures - good place

Beautiful home and cool space to stay in

We had a fantastic stay at this charming, historic home for our mother/daughter girls trip. The space was perfect for our group — we needed six bedrooms and really appreciated the number of bathrooms, which made getting ready each day a breeze. The pool and hot tub were definite highlights, and we spent a lot of time cooking out and enjoying the spacious, safe backyard. It really felt like we were staying somewhere with “Old Money” charm! The location was great, with plenty of parking (we fit four cars comfortably) and close to fun attractions like the Peabody Hotel — we highly recommend watching the duck march! One thing to note for future guests: one of the bedrooms is detached from the main house in a separate suite across the backyard. It wasn’t an issue for us at all, but it’s good to know ahead of time. Also, be sure to bring along some extra supplies like paper towels, trash bags, and sponges. We did experience heavy rain during our stay, which caused a leak in the basement bedroom, making that room unusable. However, the owners were incredibly responsive — they immediately offered to send a plumber, provided an air mattress, and later gave us compensation for the inconvenience. Their helpful and professional attitude made all the difference, and because of that, we would absolutely book again. All in all, this was a wonderful experience, and we made so many special memories here. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home in a rough part of the city. A few things need fixed to make a better experience.

The 6th bedroom was a separate building beside the pool. It was very dirty. We had to spend 3 hours cleaning it. Sheets were dirty. The floors were dirty. Other than that, the house was nice. Plenty of room. It is a little worn but overall very nice. Pool and hot tub were good. My kids loved the game room. Neighborhood was stellar

Grew up in this beautiful neighborhood. The house is a historic house, but has been updated in some areas. I especially like the pool house as an additional bedroom and the garage as the detached game room. Usually my family and I travel as a group,we will definitely use this property again. Nice stay!!!!

Logan was a phenomenal host and the property itself was breathtaking and exactly as described! The neighborhood was nice and quiet but surrounded by beautiful trees and other historic homes. Whatever issues we had Logan was responsive and accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend this place.

Great experience!

This was a great place for our group of 13. While the kitchen is a bit small and sparse for a house of this size, there's plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone's comfort and the game room (garage) and pool/hot tub were hits. The hosts were very responsive to our requests and general communication. If we return to Memphis, we'd definitely look to rent this house again!

Everything was great.

Great place to stay will definitely return!

A beautiful home in a historical area. It was close to downtown, great eateries in the Cooper Young area and many things to do. Logan would respond to any questions we had quickly. The only downside was the radiators would pop and bang in the middle of the night.

Logan & Bri were absolutely great. Very easy to communicate with and house was great for me and my family!

Great house, great stay!!

Our stay at the Bloomfield house was great. We had plenty of room in the 6 bedrooms. The house was nicely appointed we had everything we needed. The only reason for for taking one star off for accuracy of listing is because we were expecting hot tub, like the pictures showed. There was no hot tub. Other than that our stay was great.

Enjoyed our stay, owner was great to work with!

The only issue I encountered was not being informed about a leak in one of the bedrooms, which made it unavailable and left some people without a room. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. The place itself is beautiful.

Lots of amenities at this home. Fun place to relax and Logan was always responsive. I would stay here again.

We Loved our stay here! We will definitely be back again!! Logan was super friendly and responsive!

We came into town to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Rhodes. This location was perfect - walkable to campus and a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and the game room, had plenty of space to gather and be together.

We had a fantastic stay at Logan's home! The space was just right for our family, offering comfort and convenience. The backyard and game area were absolute highlights, providing endless fun and relaxation. Highly recommend this wonderful spot!

Logan’s place was great… great amenities! Fast response. Communicated well

We had a family reunion, coming from many different states, to celebrate my mom’s 100th birthday. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The pool and game room were amazing. It had rained HARD earlier in the day before we arrived, so the outside furniture cushions were soaked and didn’t dry out, so no sitting around the fire pit. But one can only blame Mother Nature for that! We did have an issue with one air conditioner unit not working. Logan was super responsive, though it did take a couple days to get it fixed. The maintenance workers often came before or after normal business hours. That would have been helpful to know, as that added to the delay, but they were super respectful and friendly, and provided fans and it was not too hot of weather. It was hardly noticed with all the fun at the pool. Location was very easy to get to, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Lots of off street parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Host was very responsive during stay. Lovely home for a gathering. Great entertainment rental.

Host was super helpful and the house is gorgeous. Perfect for work and relaxation.

It was a good stay. The properties amenities were great. There was a small issue with the furnace boiler. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!

Love this pace

The stay was great. The rooms are Hugh and spacious.

We were pleased with our stay; communication was excellent for all our needs.

We stayed at Logan and Bri’s during the Thanksgiving holiday week. It was ideal for our extended family group of ten. We especially appreciated all the great “hang” spaces for various age groups and enjoyed exploring Overton Park by foot easily from the house. Hosts were responsive and attentive to questions. Would recommend for any big group visiting the area!

Great location, pretty historic house, very responsive host

Everything was perfect! It was most definitely worth it. We will book again.

Such a beautiful home. Communication was seamless as was check-in and check-out. My family and I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful location & perfect for a large group. The garage space was wonderful to hang out. The beds were super comfy. The neighborhood was just beautiful & peaceful and neighbors were very friendly!

Bloomfield house was in a good neighborhood and conveniently located. All of the things we wanted to see and do were no more than 10 minutes away. The rooms were nice and we had plenty of space for everyone. The house was old but had a lot of charm. We enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool and fire pit. We also had fun playing darts and pool in the game room.

We had an amazing stay!! The house is so comfortable!! The pool, hot tub, game room and theatre room kept everyone entertained all weekend! The neighborhood is beautiful and felt so safe. Highly recommend!!!

Bra hus med alt man trenger👍

Bloomfield House was a perfect spot for our team retreat. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and we enjoyed the spacious kitchen (especially the separate freezer and fridge)! The location was easy to get to, and there was plenty of parking between the driveway and another paved pad in front of the house. The house had a lot of charm and was updated nicely, while maintaining the original character. We would definitely stay here again for a large group!

Fabulous place for our friend group gathering! The location was perfect, close to plenty fun activities in Memphis. The home was the perfect amount of space and we absolutely loved the backyard! We spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed having the game room available as well! The hosts were incredible responsive and very detailed about checking in and checking out!

Me encantó este lugar todo muy limpio muy bello el checking fue muy rápido muy buen anfitrión volveré denuevo

Logan allowed last minute booking. I booked mins before actual check in due to the original booking having issues. It was a great deal to accommodate such a large group. Check in was clear and accurate. My family enjoyed the outside amenities. Would book again if I'm in the area.

Would stay there again if ever in the area.

The home is in a lovely neighborhood. It’s very peaceful and has beautiful, big trees.

Excellent location and would highly recommend it!

We chose this home for our family vacation spot and we would definitely recommend to others. The host responded very quickly and was very helpful. The house is old so it has its flaws and things that need more upkeep but it didn’t take away from our experience! Our family had a blast! The pool, outside area, and the open space in the home made it very relaxing for all of us! We would love to stay here again if we ever come back!

Good place to stay

Amazing beautiful updated home of a previous century in a serene quiet neighborhood. Colossal rooms with beautiful comfortable furniture, beds to sleep like a king in, updated modern kitchen with all kinds of gadgets and a backyard with pool, hot tub, game room to boot.

The Bloomfield house was great. Really nice space, great hosts, and everything was as advertised. Would book again.
